Sustained shared thinking

Service Description

• To understand the impact and importance of sustained shared thinking; • To reflect on the learning environment and the quality of interactions in child- initiated and adult- led contexts; • To link with the characteristics of effective learning in the EYFS; • To understand how to plan for, and recognise spontaneous opportunities for sustained shared thinking, and support children’s thinking skills to extend their knowledge, understanding and expressive language.
