Service Description

To empower practitioners to use positive behaviour strategies when managing children’s behaviour • To consider why we need to support children in resolving conflicts and manage their behaviour; • To think about the characteristics of and sources of conflict for young children; • To introduce the problem solving approach to conflict resolution and emotion coaching techniques; • To investigate ways of promoting positive behaviour through policy and practice; • To link with the Prime Area of PSED in the EYFS.
